Lay out the approx. location of the stream using the guidelines at the bottom of this page.
Place the pool first. Laying the hose along the ground now and routing the hose into the pump cavity.
After locating the first section of stream make a small groove in the dirt to allow the hose to pass without pinching.
Locate the second section and again make a groove in the dirt for the hose.
Attach the hose to the fixture in the end section.
Locate the end section.
Attach the hose to the pump and use a clamp to secure it. Route the electrical cord to a GFI source of power.
Place the pump cover over the pump cavity.
Start adding water. Fill from the end section. Stop when the water level is six inches in the pool.
Start laying a ground cover around the edges of the stream.
Stop adding water when the water level in the pool is six inches.
Add plants around your stream to give it a natural look. Place plants where the sections join to create a natural looking growing area.
This installation required only 40 minutes for two people to accomplish... easy!
The second and end sections of the stream can be attached in a straight line or +/- 60 degrees from the water path as shown in this drawing.
