Spa Covers

To order a spa cover look bellow for diagram layout and measure your old spa cover. When the proper measurements are obtained fax a drawing at 731-645-9453.
Each spa cover is handmade to perfection and several quality control inspections are performed during the manufacturing process to guarantee top quality in both materials and workmanship. The cover is protected by a 3 year limited warranty.

The standard core is polystyrene foam tapered 4" to 2.5" to allow water to run-off. It is grooved and fitted with a galvanized steel channel for support along the hinge. The entire foam core is then sealed with 3ml. polyethylene sheeting to prevent water absorption.
(For an additional charge, we have available a heavy duty cover that is tapered 4" to 2.5" and is designed to support weight. Ask your salesperson for details.)
The cover skin is made of premium, marine grade vinyl, treated to resist mildew and ultraviolet rays (1500 hrs. rating). A choice of 6 decorator colors are available. The spa cover liner backing is also mildew and chemical resistant.
Each spa cover is equipped with several added features to ensure strength and durability. There are two triple-stitched, double-riveted handles for easy removal and storage. Drain grommets are provided to allow water to escape from inside the skin cover. Two combination heat seal and vinyl protecting skid pads are incorporated to further protect the cover and minimize heat loss. See our features bellow and compare.
